Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your selected method and location:
  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days within mainland Singapore (additional fees may apply).
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days within mainland Singapore (subject to availability and additional fees may apply).
  • Additional charges apply for deliveries to certain locations, including but not limited to Jurong Island and Sentosa.
These are estimated delivery times. Actual shipping durations may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, or recipient availability. You will receive a whatsapp notification with tracking details (if available) once your order has shipped.

Shipping CostsWe offer free shipping on eligible orders, select products, and during promotional periods.Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Duties & TaxesCustomers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.

Delivery Address & ChangesTo ensure a smooth delivery, please provide an accurate and complete address at checkout.
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect details.
  • Address Changes: Any modifications after shipment confirmation may incur additional fees.
  • Personal Receipt Requests: If you request to personally receive your package, our delivery personnel will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes upon arrival. Additional charges will apply for rescheduling.

Failed Delivery AttemptsIf a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incorrect address or recipient unavailability:
  • A redelivery fee of $20 will be apply for subsequent attempts.
  • If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, you may be required to cover reshipping costs.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided address to avoid additional charges or delays.

Delivery RestrictionsCertain remote or restricted areas in Singapore may have delivery limitations. If this affects your order, we will notify you.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed PackagesIf your order is damaged, lost, or significantly delayed, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & RefundsFor returns and refunds, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy]. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable for returned items.

Governing Law & Dispute ResolutionThis Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
