Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Philips Monitor Singapore.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you will be glad to know we have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After the 14 days, kindly contact Service Centre for any after sales service, email to Philips.MNT.SG@TPV-TECH.COM or call +65 6286 7333.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused or unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email or SMS or any other forms of digital communications detailing instructions on how and where to send your package.

How to Return a Product
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at philips.mnt@meraki-hype.com and request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA).
- Complete the RMA form that we will send you by email and send it back to us.
- A return label and return address will be provided upon confirmation. (to be printed out)
- Pack the product securely and include the return label and the receipt inside the package.
- Kindly ensure that all original items (including power cables, HDMI and DisplayPort cables, VGA cables etc) are included. Any missing items will be chargeable.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Get a Refund
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Cancellation Charges
Any reason of cancellation of orders, there will be a 5% charge from the original selling price.
Damages and Defective Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it for you in the timeliest manner.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
There are certain conditions which we will not accept any requests for refunds or returns. These include but not limited to the following:
- Wear and Tear damage and/or defects on the products.
- Damages / defects due to any Act of God and/or any circumstances that might have caused the issue to arise due to human errors.
- Lost or damaged packaging.
- No proof of purchase or receipts.

Exchanges
In the event that an exchange is proposed or deemed as the best course of action, one of the following will apply:
- The item to be exchanged will be the same item
- The item to be exchanged will be of the same or higher value (depends on availability or customer choice)
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if the refund is approved or not. Once approved, the amount will be automatically refunded via the original payment method within 30 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
